West Bottoms – North Historic District, Kansas City, MO

Historic Preservation Group created and listed a section of the historic West Bottoms neighborhood to provide client access to federal and state historic tax credits for the rehabilitation of six factory buildings in the new district. Working with the development team, Historic Preservation Group wrote the federal and state historic tax credit applications for two projects and provided construction monitoring on the $57 MM rehabilitation that converted the buildings to market-rate housing and parking.
