Historic Preservation Group expanded the historic district’s Period of Significance to include Mid-Century Modern buildings and was responsible for the successful federal and state historic tax credit applications for the $4.8 MM rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the former Our Lady of Mercy Church Complex for offices, including preserving the volume of the sanctuary for a single-tenant space. Federal and state tax credits for the project totaled $1.8 MM.
