Historic Preservation Group prepared an individual nomination of a private, Mid-Century Modern house for the original owner. The house and garage addition were designed by the noted Modernist architectural firm of Keck & Keck (Chicago) and is located in a planned community of five-acre parcels, which also includes the neighboring Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Dobkins House.
