Nomination of an early 20^th century, Tudor Revival commercial and residential historic district. With recent City control of the blighted mixed-use commercial properties in the district, the National Register listing and resulting access to federal and state historic tax credits, along with the CDBG Storefront Program, is being used by the City to market the redevelopment opportunities to potential developers.
