Historic Preservation Group expanded an existing historic district to include all University-constructed campus buildings dating up through 1972 for the purpose of providing access to federal and state historic tax credits for residence hall rehabilitation. Historic Preservation Group will also serve as the historic tax credit consultant for upcoming projects, preparing the federal and state historic tax credit applications and providing construction monitoring.
