Historic Preservation Group created and listed Baldwin Wallace University’s North Campus and South Campus Historic Districts in two separate nominations for use as a planning tool for the University and to provide access to federal and state historic tax credits. Upon listing, Historic Preservation Group wrote the federal and state historic tax credit applications for two rehabilitation projects, the $12 MM Beech Street Historic Residence Halls and the $22 MM Boesel Musical Arts Center. Together, the two projects generated $5.6 MM in federal tax credits and $7 MM in state tax credits.
